Without reservation, I'd say that Laos is the most amazing country I've visited so far. The people were beautiful, the country was fantastic and it was the most laid back place I've ever been.

the celebrations for buddha's birthday in seoul were a massive event. there were monks from all over the world. the main streets of seoul were shut down. the streets were filled with singing, stalls, advertising, prayers, acupuncture ... everything that was remotely buddhist.
