Hautes-Alpes by Isabelle Defroidmont (3347) 2007-07-27 - 2007-08-03

Our holidays in the French Alps (department of the Hautes-Alpes) this summer.
We did 4 walks in the mountains, visited Briancon and lake of Serre-Ponçon, did col du Galibier and the Izoard by car.

Zuid-Holland by Isabelle Defroidmont (3347) 2007-06-16 - 2007-06-17

In June 2007, I made a little trip (a weekend) to Zuid-Holland province (South Holland) to visit the city of Den Haag and its surroundings. The place I really wanted to visit was the Mills of Kinderdijk. Then we went to visit the beaches but they were noisy so that was disappointing. We finally found a place named Kijkduin where to relax in the sun, and have a long walk in the dunes and back on the beach. There was also an art exhibition there.
Sunday we visited Delft under some rain and then we took the train to Den Haag... (7 photos)
