Egypt 2009 by Gilbert Sopakuwa (1286) 2009-09-01 - 2009-09-30

In September my friend Rian and I travelled through Egypt. We started out in Caïro and took the night train to Aswan. We had a outing to Abu Simbel just before we took a Nile Cruise to Luxor. From Luxor we took a bus to Hurghada and then back to Caïro. Highlight was our time in Aswan. (1 photo)

In April 2009 my friend Ellen and I drove from Rotterdam to Milan and back in my testarossa to watch our heroes from the AC MILAN play Palermo in San Siro. We also spent some time in Switzerland. Highlight was out time in Lugano. (5 photos)

In November 2007 I went to Cuba with my friend Leo. I ran the Marabana marathon in Havana. Highlight was our diving trip near Playa Giron and our Miami Vice negotiating scene in Havana. (10 photos)

Getaway in Stockholm 2007 by Gilbert Sopakuwa (1286) 2007-08-17 - 2007-08-20

August 2007. My friend and TE member Rian invited me (or did I invite myself?!) to join her for a weekend in Stockholm.

I've never got any 'higher' then the top of the Netherlands (i.e. Den Helder) on the world map, 'till now. I will definitely go north more often because Stockholm and its surroundings are beautiful. Clean city with lots of water and trees. (4 photos)
