Interesting shot and very appropriate for this site. From a technical side, the background is bright and draws a lot of attention away from the main players in this photo, the foodpreparers. A fill in flash would have set this one straight. But with the hats , you would need a slightly lower viewpoint in order to avoid flash shadows.

Never went to Saigon, will never go probably, so in spite of the brightness of the background I do love those kind of scenes where you see the environment and the brightness only shows that it's very sunny and hot whereas the people in front are under shade. Good realistic feeling.
