Il n'y a pas à dire, tu as l'œil et le bon!
Le cadrage est très bien vu mais l'ensemble, les couleurs et le portrait de profil sont superbes!

Hi Bertrand, this is an eye-catching image, well seen and captured. Interesting foreground which also brings good colour to the shot, but at the same time it's a sharp portrait of the captain in his working environment. A well-planned photo.

Hello Bertrand,
un portrait très original. Un peu déroutant au début mais finalement, je trouve que ça fonctionne très bien avec le bokeh et ce rouge vif au premier plan.

Idée très originale est superbien fait grâce à l'emplacement de sa tête est son expression. J'aime beaucoup comment tu as géré le profondeur de champ avec le visage très net, le bateau un peu moins et un bokeh pour le reste.

Very cleverly done, Bertrand--I guess you are shooting through the glass windshield and the mirror is attached to it. I like how you have done a lot with just a few minimal elements--there is all the character in the captain's face, and there is just enough below that to tell us we are on a boat. A very attractive framing. The pursed lips may perhaps be due to traffic? The surrounding elements do not distract me from the isolated portrait, as a matter of fact they enhance the composition IMO. Regards, Danilo

Oh là là, c'est superbe !
La profondeur de champ met en valeur le visage du "capitaine".
Le cadrage sous un fond flou avec les deux autres plan à des niveaux différents est une réussite. C'et l'oeil du photographe et le tien est particulièrement accéré.

Hi Bertrand,
A very well seen shot and so creatively photographed with his nice expression of concentration. Great use of focus and I like the detail of the chrome horn and the red of the boat catches our attention too. Great work!
