Thanks Jon for the note on more detail on the dome...I had done the same shot slightly less stopped down (about F12 instead of F16)...and this did give more detail to the dome, as shown here.

I like the dome, it has an interesting diamond-lattice structure. Stainless steel.

Though torn between the two, I went with the more silhouetted version because it reminded me of a volcano (since the hot-shop is, ironically, very near Mt. Ranier!).
