Taken outside of St. Moritz. I'm wondering what this buiding was used for and what crops are raised there. It is hard for a "city girl" to imagine what life would be like in a place such as this.

i just cropped from around and tried to brighten up the pic a bit. i hope u like this one too.

first of all i cropped the photo so as to lend more prominence to the tree & house. then i applied a strong USM with 30 deg radius, to increase the conrast. i then corrected the colour balance, from red to cyan. finally i added a frame. oh, i also tried to compensate for the slight blur on the right-hand side of the image (maybe due to the lens?) by sharpening it a bit.
