These are the same mother and baby monkeys I posted yesterday - this time mum is showing her protective instincts! Again taken at Swayambhunath Temple, Kathmandu - otherwise known as the Monkey Temple because of the hundreds of monkeys who call this sacred Buddhist site home.

- selected BG using magnetic lasoo and reduced curves, just a little to make the floor less bright
- inverted selection )ie selected only the monkeys and increased the curves, just a little
