Hi Charles! I like the idea, but IMHO your photo has a number of problems: -as Vincent wrote, it is extremely hard to judge because of the watermarks you use; -it is too dark, and would gain in quality if there were some light left in the sky, at dusk or dawn (given the orientation of the place, dawn is probably the better choice); -all the elements included don't have the same value, most notably the lights on the breakwater on the right, from the Beaulac Hotel to the frame of the image. Same goes for the far left-hand side, where I am not sure that everything contributes to the general "ambiance", like the closest boat... Overall, the idea's good, but would have been better served by waiting until a calmer dawn. Cheers, Olivier PS: Funny meeting you on the Place du Marché on Thursday!
