Hi Ashit, LOL! This photo is very humorous, especially with the difference in facial expressions on the man and on the buffalo, and with the mud flying in every which direction! Cheers, Jordan

Hi William, What's this!? A very artistic and very unusual photo (obviously), and I like the row of bright green (semi)circles. Your photo is very interesting to look at and ponder, but I think one aspect is troubling me. That is, it seems rather like modern art to me: it looks nice and it is different, but I don't necessarily understand it. Why use such an unusual angle to represent the castle? I guess I'm expecting it to make a statement about the castle, but then your note didn't really explain your decision at all. (Or maybe I'm just too conservative and can't appreciate it for what it's worth). ;) Anyway, a fresh idea that I myself would never have thought of (I like!), and it worked well I believe. Cheers, Jordan

Hey Miha, Ah, this photo is bringing back memories! I never actually made it to Izola per se, but I think your photo really captures well the general scenery and overall landscape impression of the Slovenian coastline. It's a great view, and I like the frame of vegetation around all sides. Cheers, Jordan

Hi Olga, Ah, this photos is beautiful! It's well composed with the interplay of water and land in the foreground, the hint of a reflection and the mountains gloriously lit in the sun. You're right, this does look like pictures of northern Norway that I've seen. Especially with the nomadic yurts in the foreground, this reminds me of traditional cultures and the way things were a long time ago: your photo makes me happy to know scenes like this still exist somewhere in the world. Cheers, Jordan

Hi Jiri, Beautiful lighting, textures and colours on the rocks, but I think it needs to be sharpened? It really looks quite like a fairy tale though, very beautiful. Cheers, Jordan

Hi William, This is an interesting perspective/view looking down the path with everyone faced straight ahead looking towards the building. Particularly interesting because in the background to the left and right it also looks like there are two other paths full of people running towards the building. The house reminds me of the Kabba in Medina, with the runners as pilgrims all streaming towards this central location. (I realize that might not be the reality of what is happening, but that's my impression of your photo). Hmm, now I feel like jogging and/or going on a pilgrimage. =) Cheers, Jordan

Hi Hartmut, You've made sky and water look like metal! (A deep beautiful bronze). I like your idea of placing the vessel in the middle; with the unusual sky and reflection it does look like it's nearly lost in an unending sea. Cheers, Jordan

Hi, I really like your presentation of this subject with the enormous sky and then the interesting arrangement of forest vs. individual trees way at the bottom. It's very artistic and quite unique. Cheers, Jordan

Hi John, I really like what you did with the lighting in this photo (lots of post-editing, I presume?). You took what would otherwise have been a washed-out sky and over exposure and turned it into something beautiful: that is, a dreamy, peaceful, picturesque feeling full of light and joy. Great job! Cheers, Jordan
