This is one of the finest photographs that I have seen from Oia!
The fisheye lens gives a fantastic perspective. The clouds and the rays from the sun add drama. I like the cobblestone walk in the foreground which leads the viewer the faded blue door.
Some day, I plan on visiting this awesome island.

This is my type of photo! You have captured every possible detail of the small section of the gate. The green moss really tells of its age. The clarity and lighting are spot on. Great job...

Your point of view is spot on. I like the broken boulders in the foreground that leads to the endless mountain range.
You are also using my favorite lens, the Sigma 10-20. You can take very creative images with this lens. Keep up the good work.

The first word that comes to mind is, "Wow". The castle seems to be floating in the clouds. The dramatic clouds add an additional element an it reminds me a bit of the Dracula movie.
I might have taken the photo a bit more off center, but other than that, the photograph works well.

This a a great example of capturing a brief moment of daily life. There is much happening in the photo but all the elements do come together and in the end, the photo works very well.

This photo was made to be in black & white. I like your point of view as the cobblestone street leads the viewer into the maze of homes.
This scene actually reminds me of the cobbles of Obidos.

It seems that your "White Balance" is way off. Other than the that, I like your point of view as you have captured the plane and the boats together.
FYI: Princess Juliana is not in Aruba. You have listed it correctly in your note but have submitted your photo under Aruba.

Composition is perfect. You have captured the feeling of a true medieval castle. The dark clouds add drama to the overall photo. I like that you have also captured the road leading to the castle.
Great job!

You have captured the feeling of actually being there. What gives the photo that extra good feeling, is the couple hugging eatchother.
Point of view is excellent with the cobblestone road leading the viewer up thru the photo to the hugging couple.
One of these days, I will begin posting photos again of this amazing town.

Another excellent shot! I really like the dramtic sky and the contrast with the clouds against the patches of blue sky. The bike adds interest and a story - If anyone really knows Obidos will realize that you cannot drive a car to this house. The only way to get directly to the house is by either walking or riding a bike.
I took a photo a few days ago of the same house with the bike being in a slightly differnt position. But mine was taken with an overcast sky....

Great capture! I like the detail, especially the detail in the cobblestone street and the pillary. Your point of view is also excellent as you have captured the pillary, the church in a nice composition. It seems that you had the entire town to yourself as I don't see any people around.

superbe photo. Vivant dans le coin, je chercherai aussi d'où tu as bien pu prendre ce cliché. Pour ma part, je mettrais l'escalier et le clocher en valeur en assombrissant un peu les autres éléments.
Superbe en tout cas. Proficiat

Superb details you have captured. It seems that this alley is a thousand years old, yet it is still there today. Your point of view is excellent as you can actually count the number of steps one has to walk to reach the top. Excellent job!
