Try google or the other Trek sites.

It's possible they have migrated to another Trek site with more up-to-date contact info.

Or leave a comment on the photo itself, they may see that.

Well, what I would say is this: the site owner set up the points system so presumably they believe it to be important - therefore if there is a flaw, they should know about it.
