Hi Paul,
I was worried before going there but we have some family nearby so it was an additional bonus. I have spend two days on this beach and we had a lot of fun with my daughter but I would definitely not recommend it to international tourists. The prices are higher there than in Spain or Greece, especially if one compares the cost/benefit ratio. There are some wild areas nearby as well. But I think I will not go back there anytime soon.
Sadly similar situation may be experienced in the Polish Tatra mountains. The crowds are overwhelming in the summer.
