I think there's a good potential in this photo, I quite like the dark silhouettes of the people against bright white water, I find the image somewhat melancholic, it makes me think of summer slowly coming to an end. I also like how you included the diagonal of the shoreline in the foreground, it's a nice natural frame, and also helps to lead eye through the photo. what I would change though is the upper part of the image, I would not include in the composition the partially visible dark rocks. they do not add anything to the image, rather take away, I'm pretty sure the image would look cleaner without them. also, ideally, you would not have that one person on the right leaning into the water, unless you're aiming at humorous photo :)
