Scavenger hunts
perhaps this topic has passed by here during some time in the past but I didn't find it/look hard. I'm new at TE. Been here less than a week. What are scavenger hunts? I'm dying to know, 'About' didn't answer my question.

From the about page :
" Scavenger Hunts : "Hunt" for photographs to include in themed scavenger hunts " The hunts are specefic theme for witch we "hunt" photos for. A couple of times a year, Adam the administrator comes up with a different one that is open to all members. You need to take the photo during the time period of the hunt. Check out the hunt to get an idea of what the current one is. Welcome to TE by the way!!! Paul

i think it was darren who started this idea, and it had such a huge success that when the first hunt ended we were all asking for more, so now it's become a classic... and it's lots of fun!!
go check previous hunts, and you'll get the idea...
