Hello Arthur,
A most interesting place with wonderfully historic connections.
You have anchored the f/g with the use of the fence and the quayside, which creates a good sense of depth to the space age building, via the moored boats.
The waterline seems to have a tilt. I have done a w/s for you, explaining how to correct the tilt. I hope you like it and find it useful.

Hello Bev, thanks for showing an interest and taking the time to do a workshop on this photograph. Can see a big improvement on your edited version and maybe I should take more time and care before uploading and watch out for these points. Getting a critical and helpful view from other TE members is important as it helps me to improve my skills.
Ps Thanks for the side view of the bridge. It helped satisfy my curiosity. Regards Arthur.
