How did I miss this one? A very interesting shot, and use of B&W background. It could be used to make a point of some kind, esp. with that odd cloud behind. Neat. :o)

To digi-mom: Flag in a storm
I was at a lacrosse game when the sky went black and lightning came down and everyone ran to the pavilion. I had the camera (Canon 30D) set to 1000.sec - can't remember f-stop. When we got to the pavilion a little bright cloud came flying in back of out flag. One shot! got it. I dropped all color except in the flag.
