Hello Kari,
The tower has a dramatic history even though it looks mainly nice today. The view is well framed by trees and as always it's a benefit that we see two persons outside. Maybe the note should have a reference to its old use as part of the city's defense and as a storage for gunpowder.

Yes, what else could the powder be! I only found German Wikipedia page of this tower, and even with help of Google translator I didn't want to add my own interpretations. - Kari
