About the event:
If it was in May, it is the “Romeria de la Virgen del Valle”
But for the decoration in the building, it seams to be the “ Corpus Christi” but this event is in august.

no, i was not in madrid in august. I was from march until end of june, so it is some event from then. Unfortunately, because it is a scanned photo, the quality isnt so great!
