Thanks for your comments. Well I did realise that the piture was not very sharp it was a very cold evening and I short it without a tripod with my shivering hands was not able to keep the camera very stable. Also i have found the kit 18-55 lens on my Cannon 400 D to loose sharpness in low light. The landscape mode on the camera was not able to capture much hence I chose to keep the f value low and give it long shutter to capture the colours. I was satisfied with the short as i did not have to do any photoshop on the same.
