yes, USA is stronger than russia, but while Biden has many limitations because democracy rules, Putin has much more freedom for his actions..

China has weapons enough to threaten anyone and will soon have the world's strongest economy. It already has an enormous financial and political influence in large parts of Asia and Africa, and Xi doesn't even have to pretend to be limited by democratic rules.
