Hello Rick
There is something in your picture, even it is overexposured way to home.
Composition makes a lot. Vertical canes and mans stick. Also some sloping canes be hinting direction to the light.
Slowly steps to somewhere, is it home?
I like.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your useful critique on my photo. I've recently learn how to increase the contrast of that photo using a blue-gradient layer for the sky. The final version is here: http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Middle_East/Iran/photo648302.htm.
