A very well seen moment, and nicely rendered in monochrome. With the strong lighting, especially that flood pointing straight at the camera, I'm amazed you've managed to fill the shadows: I assume you used fill-flash, and presumably a slow shutter speed to create the movement blur. If I'm right, here's an image I posted some time ago that also uses slow-synch flash...

I did not use the flash and the lens I used higher light sensitivity 35mm 1.8f. I also increased the ISO and he was on my Nikon D5500 gives very good results at higher ISO values. The room was fine illuminated, and it is a ceremonial hall where everything from the walls, tablecloths and upholstery for chairs were white. Your photo has been produced under much difficult light conditions, so that the blur is much higher. Addition to all this I've added some sharpness in post processing of photos.
