No, by "black,greys and white" I`m referring to setting the correct values for these points:shadows, middle tones and highlights. I haven`t done any selective saturation alteration and the forest looks colourless because...it`s winter:)
I don`t think that the green of the conifers would had helped to the quality of the photo.
