Hello Steven!
I have been out on the occasion of the great European eclipse on 08-11-1999 and know the difficulties. This is well done, especially with respect to the fine structure and details of the corona. I do not see any prominences, although the live broadcasts showed some. I appreciate that you did not center the sun, which makes your image more credible. The guys on TV said the temperature fell about 1 °C during the eclipse, which is ridiculously small. During my observation on the hills near Saarlouis, Germany, the temperature dropped from 22 °C to 16°C.
Regards from Rhineland
Sven
