Two-Tiered Critique Rating Icons

In order to distinguish between highly rated critiquers, and really highly rated critiquers, there will now be 2 types of icons to replace the one-tier "Gold Star" critique icon. It works as follows:

1. Silver Star Critiquer (<img src="/images/misc/silverstar.gif">): 10 or more total critique rating points
2. Gold Star Critiquer (<img src="/images/misc/goldstar.gif">): 50 or more total critique rating points

If there were a Platinum Star critiquer, it would belong to sam as he by far has the most highly rated critiques.
