To JorgeCK: Panning

    Thanks for your notes. I hold the camera in my hand. I haven't tried it with a tripod. Not sure how it would work. I've found the best results for bicycles are with about 1/8 to 1/4 a second exposure. But you have to fool around and experiment. It helps to have a bright lens like the one I've been using so you can use a relatively low ISO. You just have to be patient and get in the rhythm of it. I haven't done that many shots like this. I just spent a couple of evenings trying it out. Of course, you can do it in the daytime, too. That makes things easier. I hope you get some good ones and post them on TE.
