Hello John,
I enjoyed reading your notes as well as viewing your photograph.
They link together really well, explaining your title.
It's a really good close-up, the car holding main attention and nicely balanced by the two people, at either end.
The quality of the exposure is excellent, it's really sharp, has rich, natural colours and has collected the smooth, shiny textures exceptionally well.
(Could that be the intrepid photographer, holding the sun on his shoulder, reflected in the mudguard!)
These main focal images are well supported by a useful but nonintrusive b/g, giving us a fine sense of place.
Keep safe, regards, Bev :-)

Hello Bev,
Thank you again for your kind words! But, no, that's not the photographer with the sun shining over his shoulder! If you click on the link I've given to the larger version of the photo, you will see that the reflection you mention is actually of the lady - and you will see her arms outstretched to touch the mascot. But, if you look even closer at almost the "tip" of the mudguard, just above the left front tyre, you will, I believe, see a very small reflection of me! Glad you like the photo - but isn't it just a beautiful car? ![]() You take care too! Kind Regards, John. |
