Hello John,
I like your picture with one remark, the screws turn not.
Very important for pictures of screw airplanes.
Take if panning picture, I've the same camera and the same lens, a little bit to practise.
Taken out of a nice angle
Everything with a nice smoke line behind the airplanes.

Yes, I do now realise that I was using far too fast a shutter speed when I took this one. 1/2500 second was far too fast! I now realise that it is fine to use that sort of speed with jet planes but for propeller aeroplanes a much slower speed is required so that we can see the propeller blur. I think something like 1/200 second would be better. And, of course, more practice is required! ![]() Unfortunately there will be no display this year on account of Covid-19 so we shall have to wait. ![]() Thank you again. Take care and stay safe.
