Great mcmtanyel 2021-11-27 20:16

Hello Paul,
Another set of lovely photos from this mosque. I like the daily life scene from the exterior of the mosque. You framed the mausoleum quite well. And yes, mosques do have pulpits, they are called "mimbar."

Default To PaulVDV: spectacular

Hi Paul,
I think they have established the national park around the most spectacular area. The place has exceptionally high number of volcanic cones with bright red colors next to each other. You can hike other locations but they are less spectacular. In fact I will show one such hike later.
Inside the park they mention as well the camel ride which does not allow you to see anything really. There are also some organized walks. Two routes which you need to prebook well in advance but they are restricted to people over 16 years old so not for children.

Thank you Mariusz,

Perhaps the organized walks are a solution.
Do you think they are very difficult walks? There must be a reason why one must be at least 16 years old.

On the other hand, prebooking well in advance is something I don't like.

Kind regards,
