Cannot Post City

Hi there

There is a bug which prevents you from posting the name of the city you took the photo in. Usually, this can be fixed after uploading by adding the city when it is missing. But for this photo I can't: http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Eur...oto1520986.htm

Is there anyone there in admin/tech that can please help? I would like to add the city name as Boa Island?

Also, I still can't change my profile introduction. This has been a problem for almost a year now. What is going on with you mob? Don't you care about us anymore?

Hi Lisa!

Looks like "Boa Island" isn't listed in our cities. I looked at other photos users had posted of that Janus statue and all of them simply listed "Fermanagh" as the location. I'll look into getting that city added for you.

In regards to the profile problem, that's still vexing to us and we're working on it. There are a lot of ways to view the site (different internet browsers, Beta vs. regular Trek Earth, mobile vs. desktop, different language versions, etc), so it creates a lot of variables to investigate. We simply can't replicate the problem. Could you tell me what URL (beta.trekearth.com vs treakearth.com), browser, and language you're using on the site?
