Many buildings are lit up in Brussels as well but not that many are so blue and even fewer allow standing at such a large distance from their front.
I was not sure how to crop the image and I'm still doubting. I cropped a deal of sky, a part of the stony foreground and a little on the left. Actually I think I should have caught the entire lamppost. I feel it is disturbing to have it sliced.
