Ciao Luciano,

Have you eaten all this?? It looks like Polish pierogi but I do not know what is this white on top? looks like castor sugar but it isn't. I will find the receipt on Youtube and try preparing it. Nice photo.

these are raw and they were in a fresh pasta shop, the one you see above is flour to prevent them from sticking together, obviously they must be cooked in water afterwards ..
