Great Didi 2006-12-29 16:35

Hello John
Very nice winter landscape, lights are very appreciable.
I suggest you to try stitching pictures to make large posts.
Greetings from France.

Default To Didi: stitching ...

Thanks Didi,

That is pretty much the next thing on life's check list for me .. I have a few days here late next week .. after the kids are back in school and I am still on my break .. If it will just stop snowing .. we got 24 inches (half a meter) last week and are getting another 10 inches today ..everything is so pretty under all this snow .. but I can't get to anything ..

This image I cropped this way because there is an ugly, dirty, grey snow bank that was in the bottom right of the frame .. where it looks like the lake should continue ..

thank you so much for the thoughts .. they have been very helpful to me.

We have no snow here yet.
If you make a stitch of three horizontal pictures you can have a picture without the grey bank.
It's depend how you direct your camera.
Have a good holidays.
