I like this shot - it doesncapture somekind of retro mood, it's almost like those letters are from a more innocent optimistic time...Have you come across the photographers Wayne Eggleston and Michael Ormerod? I suggets you do check them out - they specialise in the 'mundane' urban environment like this...

No, I haven't run across those two yet. Thanks for the info though I will definately check them out! As I mention in my intro I'm crazy for photog books these days, though most of what I've been looking at are the "classics" I feel I am drifting away from that classic style. One of my inspirations these days are some online photogs like <a href=http://www.beeflowers.com/ target="_blank"> Bee Flowers</a> and others. Cheers man! alex |

Hey Alex. Actually I had a very forcible re-introduction to post travel life; the day after I got back I started a new job AND moved flat the same day! So I was knocked right back into daily life. Still, it was very pkleasurable going through and porcessing my photos, as I'm sure you can appreciate!
