as what i was told, a tripod is a must for night captures. i seem to disagree with that as here, you well managed to capture this image so sharp without one. the details are well seen. and i never thought that globe "statue" turns purple at night, huh?

Hello Ben,

Actually the globe is not just limited to purple as it changes colours every now and then. Something you should visit when you get back here.

oh...ala light poles ng LAX pala yan.
i have been to MOA 2x but find it too huge, too many people...nakakahilo!
next time tho, i try the night side of it.
