Hello Malcolm,
Welcome to TrekEarth! I like your POV in this picture. The colors, patterns, and variety of shapes in the walks around the fountains are nice to have in the foreground. The wet streets and pretty clouds after the storm enhance the effectiveness of your shot. Very fine work.
