So we have a potential theme here? At least your creativity has been sufficient to produce several non-boring photos of the Eiffel tower, a remarkable achievement in itself, even with a bit of wit thrown in for good measure..
The black/silver tones of the photographer+gear silhouette are great, but the handrails on the sides are rather distracting, probably nothing much you could do about it though.

To torben: Handrails...
Thank you Torben. The handrails are a problem but I have done something to them. Just out of the crop on both sides there are white and red police tape hanging for some reason, I cropped those. At the end of the handrails, still in picture, there are more such tape but I desaturated the red on those.
