Cette route est appelée "Estrada da corda" (ce qui signifie "route de corde") en référence aux nombreux virages.
A l'endroit où j'ai pris la photo, il y a un précipice d'environ 1000 mètres, aussi bien à gauche qu'à droite. Très impressionnant !

Hi Philippe,
You are right, it is highly impressive. It's one of the places of Santo Antão that I remember very well.
The color in your photo is nice and shows well how dry Cape Verde is (despite some areas of Santo Antão are the most green in Cape Verde).
