Photographer's Note
Another picture from my walk in the rural area of Medinet Habu. I found these naive paintings nice. I suppose that the owner wanted to show the neighbours that he went to Makkah. In Workshop 1 another Egyptian street art.
I wanted to see the Temple Ramesseum. But I saw from the bus that it was closed - anyway I haven't seen there anyone visiting, so I didn't go there. it was not far.
In Workshop 2 the view of Ramesseum from the bus. Not a good quality, but just to refresh memories for those who visited this temple.

Hello Malgo,
We get a better view of one painting in the WS, but this photo shows us more of different styles of paintings and a lot of Koran verses (maybe?). You had quite good light and the trees are nice. As for the other WS I can't say that I remember the Ramesseum, but according to my diary from 1983 I was there (but wasn't very impressed).
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
I think the plane on the wall in the WS does indeed mean that the owner has been on a trip and a trip to Mecca is something the pilgrims are proud of.
In your main photo between the door and the window we see a mosque and two minarets and in the middle the Ka'aba. I guess it's the Ka'aba but I'm not sure.
Could you read the Arabic script on the wall?
You would have made the resident very proud.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Malgo,
The message writen on the wall is probably important for the owner. The point of view is showing the details of the facade of the house. The lioght is giving good colors output. Have a nice day.

The tilt is just a bit much (imho), but the colours and the balance between light and shade are just superb here, Malgo.
I absolutely love letterings on wall, especially if I can't read it, so I'm a bit spoilt today with Abmdsudi's post and yours. :)
Thanks & cheers

Hello Malgo,
Your walk in the rural area was very fruitful.
I like the close-up of the paintings in your w/s, whilst this photograph helps us to understand their setting.
The light and colours are delightful, as is your angled composition.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

malgo
a curious series of murals in the same home, not bad quality. I liked the shapes of the temple, even seen at distance. sometimes we only have a far view of an important place and it is better than nothing, as when I saw the palace of Alvorada only at distance, or corumbá falls from a bus.
take care

Hello Malgo,
I am glad you uploaded this one as the main entry, I must confess it is more interesting than that of the temple in the WS. I see that the mural shown in the workshop si on the right edge of this photo.
Regards,
MT
