Photographer's Note

Most smokers have a cigarette/cigar after a meal. I don't know why but some situations seems to trigger the need for tobacco.
This man seems to have a pleasant moment with his cigarette and enjoying the beautiful sunset. I took this shot because of his interesting profile towards the colorful sky but choosed to convert it to b&w for a better "smoke" effect:)

(I don't know his name because he is a stranger to me, but I choosed a common German name because i think this gentleman was from Germany.)

Hej Boa,
En kul och välfångad bild. Farbror Müllers profil är väldigt uttrycksfull och cigarretten är väl synlig i hans näve. Det är en originell komposition som skiljer sig väldigt välkommet från den breda massan av TE-bilder.

Maybe fits the picture perfect to the man with cigaret, a little bit a dark life in the lungs!

Hello Boa,

The use of b&w was a good decision, it makes us (the viewers) concentrate on the focal subject and appreciate the skilfulness of the composition, for it is very well composed.
As is the case with many of your shots, a scenario is suggested.

It is like a Chinese shadow/puppet theater, beautifully captured moment, a very well composed photo, and I lost the habit and I do not smoke :)
