Photographer's Note
The one and only leopard I have seen during my stay in Kenya. He happens to show up at a site near a camp area... Is it luck ? I hope it is... As I imagined it is lying on a low tree branch. He is so cool that he does not look much disturbed by all the 4X4 s around. I am told that they are used to the vehicules, and they perceive them (and us inside) as large boxes travelling around. Alighting is definitely forbidden around the leopards, just like other large cats, as their instincts tell them to attack any potential danger source. At all times one can expect a ranger to show up and warn, even fine, a driver if the passengers don't act as required. It serves the well being of both the human and the wild life.

Hello Ebru,
Great capture, I like the vertical frame you have chosen: it fits well.
During my travels in Africa, I never succeeded to see a leopard, thanks to present to us a picture of one of them.
Yves.
