Belle image avec ces silouhettes en mouvement devant ce mur uniformément coloré. La lumière alumée alors qu'il fait encore jour fait réagir.

Sympa de te revoir parmi nous! J'aime beaucoup cette compo simplissime mais avec beaucoup de petits détails qui font son charme:
- les fait que les personnages soient à égale distance les uns des autres
-leurs positions, différentes, mais chacun avec un pied levé
- le ballon bleu et les deux ombres qui viennent en sens inverse sur la droite
- ce mur uniforme orange
Bravo pour le coup d'oeil!

Beautiful play with light and shadows.I like warm colors on photo.I dont know,but ball on right works fantastic.
Maybe,just maybe this two shadows on right are too much,but this is just personal opinion.

Very appealing photo. The colors work well because they are familiar colors for the area. I like how it captures the women in traditional clothing and the children wearing westernized cloths.

C'était donc toi! J'avais vu cette photo sur SP et elle m'avait épatée. J'adore le jeu des ombres en décalée, la scène générale qui est très dynamique avec cette succession de personnages (et le ballon qui fait tout le dynamisme!) et les couleurs chaudes... C'est vraiment superbe et, à mon goût parfait, dans le sens où je ne vois rien qui pourrait être changé pour l'améliorer. Il y a de la vie, de l'humour, un brin de poésie, de la chaleur... Un grand grand bravo! Je la met dans mes favoris.

So well composed in so many ways. The expanse of the wall, the light, the separation of the subjects, and the ball. The shadows are a bit strange that they are at different spacing but still....what a shot

Patrice!! Tu devrais me voir la face! J'ai la mâchoire inférieure qui se décroche vers le bas (heureusement, ma table de travail l'empêche d'aller plus loin!). C'est une pure beauté que cett image. J'ai misère à croire qu'elle s'est faite sans mise en scène (je sais que ce n'est pas le cas!) Tout est parfait, à mon humble avis : le cadrage, la lampe, les ombres qui parlent autant que les personnages en trois dimensions, les couleurs des vêtements et du ballon, l'ombre des amoureux et le ballon entre eux, les lignes au sol, le mur ocre. Wow! C'est du grand Patrice ça. Et oui, je l'assume, je bave de jalousie (nettoyage en vue de ma table de travail!!!)
BRAVO! Dans mes favorites!

This is perfectly timed, Patrice, with the people and the ball so evenly spaced. It's like a little parade of varied humanity. Then there is the light fixture to make the composition even more perfect! I agree with Mark--I am jealous in the sense that I want people to arrange themselves this well for my candid shots, too! Bonjour, Patrice. Je trouve cette image très réussie par sa composition et la gamme de couleurs présentes. Les tons ocres du mur et bruns de la djellaba de la dame se marient très bien. Les trois personnes qui se suivent occupent l'espace de façon intéressante et les ombres sur le mur apportent de la vie à la photo, tout comme la petite fille qui court d'ailleurs.

Pour ma part je trouve qu'une bonne photo a toujours une lumière particulière en plus raconte une histoire.
Ces deux qualités sont parfaitement réunies ici.
Un vrai petit bijou cette photo.

Très sympa cette image en effet ! Ces trois personnages en file indienne, c'est rigolo avec le petit dernier qui court après son ballon... Et puis les couleurs ocres de Marrakech ressortent très bien ici, j'aime le jeu d'ombres et la lanterne murale qui ponctue le tout ! Bravo.

Quite frankly, Patrice...

With photographs like these...who gives a damn about your english...? This goes straight into my favourites...

the shadows are fantastic, as are the people...the colours are good against the background...I only wish the lady in the middle were wearing something which contrasted more, however, this is a very small niggle for this beautifully caught moment...

Vue sur SP, quelle belle photo je dois dire a nouveau, Il me semble que j' avais trouve les 2 ombres de droite superflues sur ce site la, mais qu' importe, on en serait tous bien fier de tirer un moment decisif comme ca. Je suis tres heureux de decouvrir ta gallerie, il me semble pour la premiere fois.

Félicitations pour ton prix pour cette photo. La composition est vraiment superbe. J'adore le ballon qui est entre les ombres de 2 personnes qui ne sont même pas dans la photo. Le regard de la dame y apporte beaucoup aussi. Je crois que je préfère l'orange plus intense de ta deuxième photo.

A BIG WOW!!!

This is fantastic, the colours are great, the shadows are great.
I started from the left side with the little girl wondering at what she has in her hand, then up to the lamp-shade shadow so perfect and sharp, then down to the lady in the middle, her shadow following the little girl. Then onto the small child & his shaddow, being chased by the lady in the middle.
Then finaly we come come to the ball caught in mid-air and the mysterious shadows of the unseen couple.
Also none of the people are static, they are all caught in mid step.

This photo has many questions, that is what makes it so perfect.

Beautiful picture, very nice composition and earthy colors that remind me of the desert. The sunset accentuates the color of the wall and of the woman's djellaba. The only regret I have is the shadow of the 2 tourists on the far right. Thanks for the beautiful picture though.

Excellent composition. Great color. Absolutely love this photo with the three people spaced out, the child in front chasing the blue ball, the deep colors and shadows. No wall in the world like this wall. I have seen many walls but this small section of wall in this great city could possibly be the most magical in the world.

Yes, a good shot is a good background, don't put a drawing over an other drawing if possible, even if sometimes it is necessary. I like it very much.

This photo tells so many stories. The life of the people walking by, those still to come, and also, the story of obtaining a beautiful shot. The photo is so well proportioned; creates drama where possibly there was only a space where people were walking by...
