Nordic Feeling in the Central Asia, a photo from Naryn, Est

If I randomely took this image from a pile I would bet its one of my Norwegian landscapes. Yet, the little yurtas nestling on the lake shore are hinting that in fact it is Kyrgyzstan and its serene high-altitude lake of Song-Kul. There is something universal about the ultimate happiness I get in the mountains - wherever they are.

Wonderful landscape, composed in a balanced manner. Nice reflection of the clouds in the water. Just a bit nordic yeah, but still pretty much more central-Asian. :)

Ah, this photos is beautiful! It's well composed with the interplay of water and land in the foreground, the hint of a reflection and the mountains gloriously lit in the sun. You're right, this does look like pictures of northern Norway that I've seen.

Especially with the nomadic yurts in the foreground, this reminds me of traditional cultures and the way things were a long time ago: your photo makes me happy to know scenes like this still exist somewhere in the world.

Une belle lumière, de joli reflet sur le lac. Les couleurs sont contrastée. Très belle composition.

Salut.Tres beau cliche avec un beau reflet et une invitation au calme.Les yourtes posées comme des champignons, la montagne, comme dans les films...Bravo.
