Photographer's Note

Pecenje paprika.
Vreme je za pecenje paprike, jesen je na samom pragu, zima se blizi, pocelo je spremanje zimnice.
Paprika se najbolje pece na limenom sporetu koji se lozi drvetom.
Pecena paprika se stavlja u posude gde se pokrije da bi se oparila i omeksala radi boljeg ljuscenja.
Od pecene paprike se pravi ajvar koji se kod nas mnogo koristi za jelo u dugim zimskim danima.

Torrefazione peperoni.
E 'ora di peperoni arrosto, caduta è alle porte, l'inverno si avvicina, ha iniziato la preparazione di cibi per l'inverno.
Pepper è la miglior pece stufa di ottone che albero di vite.
Peperoni arrosto sono poste in contenitori in cui il coperchio per oparila ammorbidito e per una migliore bombardamenti.
Dai peperoni arrostiti sono un ajvar reale che nel nostro molto usato per il cibo in lunghe giornate d'inverno.

poivrons à rôtir.
Il est temps pour les poivrons à rôtir, l'automne est sur le seuil, l'hiver approche, a commencé à préparer la nourriture pour l'hiver.
Pepper est le meilleur pece de poêle en cuivre que les vignes arbre.
poivrons grillés sont placés dans des conteneurs où la couverture à oparila et adoucie pour une meilleure bombardements.
Du poivrons rôtis sont un ajvar réel que dans notre très utilisé pour l'alimentation dans les jours d'hiver.

Roasting peppers.
It is time for roasting peppers, fall is on the doorstep, winter is approaching, began preparing food for winter.

this snapshot is very common in Northern Greece with wooden stoves to roast peppers.I like the variety of colours as some of them are ready to be eaten.

I found this to be very artistic and playful with colors. I went through some of your archives in order to track your transition pretending to photography growth and placement of locations. I see that your Mind's Eye is not limited to one subject but to many subjects giving us a sense of whom you are and how you view your world. I must say, even though I know nothing of you other than your photos, I know that you are a lover of life and have many things you can share with us through your beautiful and informative photos. I remember these ovens. When I was about 6 years old, we lived in Lüleburgaz (about 2 hours west of Istanbul) and my mom had a wood burning oven like this. She even baked cakes in it!
