Ik blijf overtuigd dat Ierland een van de mooiste landen is voor een fotograaf, zovele dingen te vinden, een land met contrasten.
Hier een voorbeeld met de eenvoudige dingen, maar zeker aangenaam om neer te kijken de ingang van dit herenhuis.

the yellow approached to the blue is always winner, for me. but the wall has a particularly beautiful tonality here, and the door and the small window have a form that to define graceful is not enough,,, they are very very graceful! yours frame and the definition is perfect! very well done! compliments

Hi Paul,

A very pleasing composition of these two complementary colors: yellow and blue. I particularly like the use of the sloping street and the size difference between the door and the window. Most impressively, there is no distortion in the photo - something that could have destroyed a good composition like this.

C'est vrai qu'en Irlande les gens n'ont pas peur des couleurs même très vives pour les façades. Et c'est toujours une joie de rencontrer ces parures. Ici le bleu et le jaune témoignent du dynamisme et de l'optimisme en accord avec l'âme irlandaise.

very typical view from Ireland indeed. I like very much your composition. Especially I like the steep footpath. The colors are fantastic; blue goes so well with yellow. I have seen similar house in Kinsale also County Cork, but I don't remember this one.

I like this simple and effective color composition..love the blue and yellow combination...

Interestingly and co-incidentally, just a couple of days back, I put up a very similar composition with almost exactly the same colors...that was in a really poor neighbourhood in India, this I dare say, is in a more economically upscale part of the world :)

when thinking about Ireland, these colours don't typically come to mind!
but hey, it makes for a beautiful photograph.
the small and larger size yellow make for a pleasing visual contrast, i imagine that if they were the same size it wouldn't have the same effect.
lovely textures in the blue too.
