The cathedral of St Vincent de Paul is a roman catholic cathedral in Tunis. The church was built in a mixture of styles, including Moorish revival, Gothic revival, and Neo-Byzantine. Construction began in 1893 and the church was opened at christmas 1897. Source wiki. Scanned picture

Hi Miguel
This is only the second church I have seen in honour of st Vincent de Paul, for a saint do well know, that is surprising. A nice capture of this building, it's architectural styles mixed and to my eyes, very exotic, making it even more appealing.

Nice view to the cathedral façade. I like the tight crop but it would be nice top part without cut. Nice to see the people in front, adding a nice life to the scene (well managed scanning).

Hi Gueguen, Nice shot of this church in Tunis taken from 10 years ago. The people in the front of the church breaks the quietness of the street at that particular moment. The image looks bit noise but if it would have been taken with nowadays technology and it will make a big difference. Best regards

while in morocco I only saw a church working in Casablanca, an it was closed most of the time and by chance I got to visit it. here it looks more accessible. nice details of the façade and the daily life.
