Photographer's Note
I'm not sure exactly why this little pub was called the "Half London Pub". Maybe it was because it was half the size of an English Pub? Maybe it had a little bit of an English "feel" to it? Or maybe they thought their town was half the size of London? (Umm...nope...the main road had to shut down when my little plane wanted to take off because the runway crossed it!).
Either way, being in a remote Ugandan village...far away from anything that felt remotely British, I thought this was a funny site.

Hi Shannon,
I really like the scene here. First I thought the subject is the people in their daily lives and thought people shouldn't be blured but I was wrong an I think DOF is excellent for what you are trying to show. Nice photo!

Agree with Fireflyz, It will be confusing untill you see the Caption, I also think the same way why the people here are out of focus, then I realize the Main Subject and the focus is perfect.
