Photographer's Note
The poorest of the poor of the Cambodian Tonle Sap (the Great Lake) lake areas live over or on the waters in stilted houses or boat houses.
School children are seen walking in the waters back from school. In the wet season, however, the waters would be too deep to walk in.

Hello Sam,
An interesting composition with a story to relate; one just wonders why they walk back through the river. Fine technical realisation.

Bonjour Sam,
Nul doute qu'il y a des manières plus facile de se rendre à l'école le matin. Mais dans cette température et cette humidité cela doit rafraîchir un petit peu.
Amicalement

Hi dear Sam
Nice daily snap shot for students. I have much sympathy with them due to some reasons.
I do hope they are happy not as we suppose.
All the best and have a good day! Takero
