Photographer's Note

Within these past few years, Phnom Penh has been greatly developed. More skyscrapers are being built. Every year I visit Cambodia, I always see something new developed. It is progressing. This picture was taken from the other side of the city from Riverside hotel and resort. There is a restaurant up on the very top floor (11th something floor). It gives you a great view of Phnom Penh. Night time is advised to be there as it's more beautiful with the lights.

With this shot I realize I'm not sure I've seen a modern shot of this city. Amazing how rapidly it has grown, like much of the rest of Southeast Asia. Nice nighttime shot across the river, with sharp, excellent reflections. Thanks!

Impressive panorama of the site. picture is well done with a perfect blend of color, brightness and contrast.

Yes, you are absolutely right Sothy,

The last time i was there in 2004, there wasn't so much bright.

You captured it perfectly well.

Its a vibrant town now, I know

Hi Sothy!
It's surely a great night view! The moment was very well chosen, to get the lights and the reflections on the water. Good exposure also! It really seems it's developing fast, I see many modern buildings there!
Still keeping my plans to visit it one of these years:)!
